In order to add safety and comfort we can provide you with a tutor that will show you the most enjoyable path by ensuring the compliance with rules of proper use. However, Meccanica Service is not responsible for delays caused by traffic,road conditions,bad weather,or other conditions beyond its control.

Meccanica Service can also modify or discontinue the program of the tour at any time, even during the execution, if some of the participants are going to have an incorrect behavior or if there are going to be operational difficulties.

The tour is not suitable for people with walking difficulties, for pregnant women, for who weighs less than 45Kg or more than 117 Kg and for under 16s. For youths between 16 and 18 years of age the declaration of indemnity needs to be signed by parents or by an adult entitled to take responsability for the underage.

Prepaid reservation online with the the Costumer must present a valid identification document to start the Tour.

Meccanica Service is not liable for any damages caused by accidents, loss of personal property or even for the loss of profits of any kind.

The customer may cancel the tour by requesting an email at info@genovasegway.it. In the event that the reservation was prepaid online, the customer can request a refund of the amount paid, that will be paid 100% if the cancellation is comunicated up to 1 MOUNTH (30days) BEFORE the date of the tour; at 50% if the request has been sent up to 7 DAYS BEFORE the date of the tour. Beyond this time and in case of NO-SHOW, no refund will be made. Refunds are made by bank transfer and can take up to 30 days after the customer request, which must be complete with IBAN, BIC OR SWIFT codes.

The Customer agrees to return the rented vehicle in the same condition in which it was delivered.

The Customer exempts Meccanica Service from any claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses, including, without limitation, legal responsabilities and economic damages resulting from the during the tour due to the incorrect use of electric vehicles provided by Meccanica Service

The Customer has to take care of his own stuff. Backpacks are allowed, in order to free hands and arms, for a perfect and safe driving experience.

Segway ® is obligated to follow the rules of the Ministry of Transport that assimilates it to the pedestrian. Driving Segway ® you must respect the article .190 of CdS which requires the movement only in towns (not on highways) I olso recived the "NEW INFORMATION FOR THE SEGWAY HUMAN TRANSPORTER (HT) APPROVED BY THE MINISTRY OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND ITALIAN TRANSPORTS, WAITING FOR THE FINAL LOW BY CDS"

Jurisdiction: for all disputes relating to the validity and interpretation of these conditions is competent, exclusively, the Court of Genoa.
